On a deeper level, this is the realization of female ambiguity pushed to its extreme. She is the metaphor of an endlessly deep and shallow pit that eats up everything, and turns it into nil. She discards the boundaries of her world and all of its shapes and forms. She questions her existence in vain and that of the things around her. When she meets a boy and encounters his world, she sees that it is very lucid and clear-cut. She learns to enjoy that lucidity and her bodiness begins to take shape. She feels that she is freed from her solitude, but when she edges toward discovering her true nature, her whole existence is threatened. The conceiving of a baby becomes the climax of her abrupt physical experience. Upon overcoming this threat, she ends her role in the physical realm and is nullified. In the end, she returns to nothingness, and becomes complete.)
