12살부터 여왕에게 줄 타는 것과 마약을 전수 받은 랑. 서커스단원인 랑은 사랑하는 하니와 서커스를 빠져 나오기로 한다. 그러나 그들이 훔친 여왕의 돈가방이 지하철 소매치기로 인해 희망이 사라지고... 메리고라운드처럼 계속 어지럽게 방황하다가 결국, 서커스로 붙잡혀온 둘은 마지막 여왕의 벌이 시작된다. 그것은 바로, 공중 크로스 줄타기! (Lang has learned how to walk on the line and take drugs from the queen since she was 12. She is a member of a circus club and tries to get out of there with beloved Hani. But as the bag with lots of money stolen from the queen was stolen by a pickpocket on a subway, their dreams are blown away. After wandering around on and on just like merry-go-around, eventually they were caught in hands of the queen and they gets penalty. It is to walk on the cross line in the sky.)연출의도. 서커스 청년이 메리고라운드를 타고 눈을 감는다. 한 점의 빛이 둘의 몸을 감싼다. 서커스 공연장을 가득 메운 관객들은 웃음을 거두고 숨막히게 둘을 바라본다. 지하철을 탄다. 소음과 파란 형광등이 두통을 일으킨다. 변형되고 휘어져서 사라지는 빛들. 눈을 감는다. 다시 나는 서커스 공연장에 들어선다. 빛에 둘러싸인 두 명의 서커스 단원이 천장을 진동한다. 그리고 눈물 한 방울이 흐르자 그 빛은 굉음과 함께 화이트 아웃된다. 사랑하는 두 사람을 위해 이 영화를 만들려고 한다. (A circus man closed his eyes on merry-go-round and the ray of the light holds on to them. All audiences watching the circus stop laughing and keep on focusing their eyes on two. I took a subway. I felt a headache from the noise and the blue light. The ray of lights mutated and bent. I shut my eyes again. And I got into the circus theater again. Two circus boys are swinging beneath the ceiling of the hall. And as tear drops are falling down, the light turn into white and away with roaring.
