현영은 두 명의 남자와 만나고 있었는데 몇 일 사이에 그 둘 모두에게서 차인다. 한 명은 6개월간 만나오던 과 동기이고 다른 한 명은 미술을 하는 33살의 남자이다. 현영은 그 둘에게서 한 가지 공통점을 발견하였는데 그것은 헤어질 무렵 그 둘이 보여준 애매한 웃음이다.
