The newcomers frequently suffer from this case in reality.)2. 미선씨 이야기(30분). 비정규직은 개인의 생계유지뿐 아니라 임신 같은 자신의 삶을 만들고 꾸려나가면서 병행하기에는 너무나 불안정한 조건이다. 더구나 이런 불안정한 상황에서 일어나는 직장내 성희롱은 여성노동자를 더 깊은 절망의 길로 내몬다. (2. Story about Mi-sun (30’) A temporary job is a very unstable condition not only for personal livelihood but also for other life event such as pregnancy. Even worse, the sexual harassment at workplace drives a temporary woman worker to despair.)3. 무슨 일이 있었길래(27분). 10년전 겪은 성희롱. 일상은 문제없이 흘러가는 듯 보이나 어느순간 그 기억은 떠올려지고. 성희롱의 경험은 오랫동안 기억 속에 남아 피해자를 괴롭힌다. (3. It comes to the memory again and haunts the victim for a long time)4. 각주구검(25분). 일상적인 상사의 성희롱에 대응하는 재치있는 여성들과 여성들의 저항에 부딪힌 남성들이 성희롱의 문제에 대해 깨달아 가는 과정을 통해 마침내 이루어지는 건강한 직장의 상을 보여준다. (4. Anachronism (25’) Women develop the witty response on the daily sexual harassment by boss and the resistance of women makes male workers aware of sexual harassment. All this creates a healthy environment in work place.)연출의도. 직장내 성희롱은 여성노동자들의 근로조건에 치명적인 악영향을 끼친다. 특히 이는 위계와 권력관계에서 발생하는 것이기 때문에 여성노동자들이 이에 대항하기 어려운 현실이다. 화기애애는 여성노동자들의 노동현실을 직장내 성희롱이라는 상황을 통해 보여주고자 한다. 사회초년생이기 때문에, 비정규직이기 때문에, 그리고 여성이기 때문에 겪어야하는 만만치 않은 벽들에 대해 생각해 보길 바란다. 더불어 헤쳐나갈 용기도 함께. (The sexual harassment at workplace has harmful impact on working condition of women. It comes from hierarchy and power relationship in the workplace where women are in lower position and less powerful. Therefore it is very hard for women to resist against the sexual harassment. All the episodes in this film want to show the reality of women workers through the sexual harassment. We hope this film helps us to think about how many obstacles she has to overcome because she is a newcomer in the labor market, a temporary worker, or a woman.
