주인공 경희는 생활고에 시달리며, 인천의 후미진 옥탑 방에 숨어산다. 그녀의 일상은 강박과 과대망상에 휩싸여 있다. 경희의 옥탑방 상공에는 헬기가 쉴 새 없이 날아다니고, 경희의 망상 속 누군가가 불쑥 불쑥 경희를 찾아온다. 경희는 대출금 변제를 위한 추가대출을 받기 위해 필요한 공문서를 발급받으려고 동사무소를 간다. 그녀의 동사무소 가는 길은 힘겹기만 하다. 사람들의 시선이 이상하다. 헬기가 계속 자신을 추격하고, 망상 속 괴한이 그녀를 추격한다. 짧지만 기다란 그리고 이상한 그 여정 속에 경희는 자신을 쫓아오는 헬기와 마주친다. 바로 그 순간 도망 갈 곳 없는 경희의 역설적 여정이 시작된다. At that very moment, an ironic journey begins for Kyung Hee who does not know where else to go.) 연출의도. 장편 상업영화와는 달리 단편 독립영화는 상대적으로 소재와 형식에 있어 많은 자유를 가진다. 이 영화를 통해 내가 진정으로 좋아하는 소재와 형식을 구애받지 않는 자유로운 방식으로 발산하고 싶었다. 새로운 이야기와 새로운 영화 형식, 그런 새로움은 항상 관객들과의 소통이라는 부분에서 가능성을 검증 받게 된다. 항상 관객을 염두에 두고, 나의 가장 주관적인 부분들을 객관화 시키는 작업에 주력을 다하였다.
